Access to your safe deposit box is possible at any time by appointment during office hours (Mon-Fri: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:30). You can also get 24/7 access too, extra charges apply. Access is reserved exclusively to our customers or persons who are authorised by them.
For security reasons, you will always receive both sets of keys to your safe deposit box so that no keys remain with us.
